Q:Do you provide Meet and Greet service?
Ans: Yes, We provide free Meet and Greet service from the Airports.


Q:What is cancellation policy?
Ans: You can cancel your journey 24 hours before your pickup time. 95% Refund will be processed to your account.
Less than 24 hours, it would not be refundable. If flight is cancelled, We can refund you with 5% cancellation fee.


Q:Do you provide extra Waiting?
Ans: At the Airports, We provide 30 minutes free waiting. Free waiting time will start after your agreed pickup time.
From Other Locations, we provide 10 minutes Free waiting.


Q:Can we pay cash to the Driver?
Ans: We charge a small amount in advance to confirm your journey.


Q:How can we pay for the journey?
Ans: You can pay by your debit or credit card on the time of booking. Or you can pay cash to the driver.


Q: Do you provide Car Details with Booking Confirmation?
Ans: We provide Driver and Vehicle Details 2 hours before your journey by WhatsApp or email.


Q:Do you offer discounts to your regular customers?
Ans: Yes, We offer discounts to students and our regular customers.
