Terms & Conditions of the Service

All information that you have provided to us is all correct.
To refrain from doing anything which we fairly trust to be disreputable or capable of detrimental our reputation.
To make payment in full for any journey you’re taking or book on behalf of anyone else/or in respect of using any Bentem Cars services provided to you.
To deal with all Bentem Cars drivers with respect as they’re obliged to deal with you and not cause damage to their vehicle nor have interaction in any illegal, threatening or abusive behaviour. Any damage brought about will result in the relevant charges to cover the damage.
Bentem Cars is liable for all bookings.
Any subjects associated with bookings ought to be dealt without delay with Bentem Cars.
All payments can be made to Bentem Cars and cash could be collected by drivers on behalf of Bentem Cars.
We are under no obligation to accept a booking, and a booking may be declined for any reason.
Once the booking is accepted, Bentem Cars will be responsible to provide the service. - You will be charged £50 if the vehicle requires cleaning during or after your journey.
You will be charged at cost for any damage to the vehicle caused by you or any property belonging to the driver or Bentem Cars.
All quoted prices are based upon the information provided at the time.
Prices can be changed if:
There is an increase in passengers and luggage, the price will be changed due to vehicle change.
There are any extra point or diversions which lead to an extra charge.
All quoted prices are based on per vehicle. - A Booking cab only be amended or cancelled by contacting us via Email, WhatsApp or Phone call.
The company reserves the right to make use of subcontractors to provide service to the passengers. These sub-contractors will be able to provide a high quality of service and will be licensed and comply with the regulations stipulated by Transport for London.
Passengers are responsible to load and unload their belongings as we will not be held liable for loss or damage.
We reserve the right to refuse any passenger our services due to the passenger have excess luggage which would result in the vehicle being unsafe on the road.
Due to any Large events or public transport train/tube strikes, pre-booked journeys will not be effected but new bookings may be subject to increase the price as operators always expect a “significant” surge in demand during the rail strikes.
